The Take A Kid Fishing Foundation is a tax exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations to the foundation are tax deductible. Big Rock Sports has donated administrative services to the foundation and is currently working with the Take A Kid Fishing Board of Directors in seeking other corporate and independent sponsors of the Take A Kid Fishing event.
